This original German chromolithograph was published circ. 1890-1900, and depicts eggs of various european birds.

The Meyers Konversations-Lexikon was published in Leipzig by Joseph Meyers Bibliographic Institute.

It was a major German encyclopedia that existed in various editions.

Matted with archival matboard (antique white) and archival materials, and custom framed in a beautiful antiqued gold frame. 


Excellent condition and vibrant color. Given age, engravings can show minor defects such as minor staining or darkening. See photos for actual condition. All protective materials used are archival/acid-free.
